Self Massage with Mackinze

Recorded only 20 Minute Guided Self Massage Session

This class is designed to guide you in some grounding, self love, and self healing techniques. This is a great way to connect with your body, let go of stress and ease muscle tension. We’ll start out with some breathing techniques, simple warmup movements and then get right into a self massage sequence focusing on different areas of the body in each class. This class is for anyone and only requires YOU, a quiet space, and an open heart.

Partner Massage with Mackinze
Recorded only 30 minute guided partner massage session

Our 30 minute Partner Massage class is created to allow time to connect with your partner, friend, or family member in a space of love and healing. If you and/or someone close to you are feeling aches, pains, stress or tension or just looking to have some relaxation time or physical touch this class is for you! We will start out with some basic education about massage therapy, some guided breathing techniques, and then begin working on a partnered massage flow focusing on different areas of the body in each class. When the first partner is finished, we will switch positions and begin the same flow again so everyone gets the opportunity to give and receive healing touch.
