Can't make it to our live class?

Don't stress, we'll email you the recording to do in your time. You'll have viewing access until Sunday at midnight each week.

Dumbbell Boot Camp with Cory
Live + recorded 30 minute boot camp 

Challenge yourself mentally and physically with this Interval Training class that combines both strength and cardiovascular conditioning. This session incorporates functional fitness, resistance training, and body weight exercises in a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format. Every class is unique because the workouts are comprised of constantly varied movements. This class is for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Participants will have the ability to work as slow/fast as they need and modifications/progressions for all exercises will be provided. Get ready to sweat because this workout is designed to keep your heart rate soaring and your muscles roaring!!

*You will need a pair of dumbbells for this workout

Full Body Strength with Nick + Alex
Live + recorded 30 minute full body workout 

Join on Wednesday's at 9:00a with Nick Stevens and Saturday's at 10:30a with Alex Trickel.

 

This fast and efficient 30 minute workout will target every muscle in your body pushing your strength and stability from head to toe. We'll incorporate compound movement patterns, utilizing multiple muscle groups at once with resistance training and body weight techniques. Full Body workouts burn more calories, build and shape muscles in less time, promoting a faster metabolism. You will have the option to add in home equipment including bands, dumbbells, or even soup cans. This class is great for anyone looking to strengthen and tone their total body!

Power Pilates with Jennifarre
Live + recorded 30 minute mat pilates + light weights

Pilates Sculpt combines classical mat pilates with light weights to tone and strengthen your legs, arms and core! You'll be guided through a session of full body strengthening and stretching.  2-3lb dumbbells are recommended but cans or water bottles can be used too or simply use your bodyweight.

Full Body Mixer with Alex
Live + recorded 30 mobility maintenance + full body conditioning 

Full Body Mixer combines body weight strength movements with yoga inspired stretching in a meditative yet heart pumping sequence. You'll sweat, you'll activate muscle groups in new ways, and most importantly, you'll release tension and toxins from head to toe. This class is for everyone- no matter if you sit a lot or move a lot, we all need a little mind and muscle TLC!

Fat Burning Tabata with Jennifarre
Live + recorded 30 minute full body strength + cardio

Get ready to work off the weekend! This full body tabata circuit is designed to expend loads of calories and strengthen the total body.  Tabata workouts challenge both cardio and strength and will keep you burning even after the workout is over.

Full Body HIIT with Alex
Live + Recorded 30 minute HIIT sweat session

Using only your body and a the option of a piece of furniture, you’ll complete timed exercises at varying intervals for some full body cardiovascular conditioning. This class is for everyone- all fitness levels and abilities are welcome! We’ll have modifications and progressions for every exercise allowing you to move as fast or as slow as you need. Cardio exercise is a great way to release anxious energy and get endorphins flowing, not to mention, it boosts immune strength. Expect some sweat, expect some muscle engagement, and definitely expect to feel good afterwards!

Booty Band + Ball with Jennifarre
Live + recorded 30 minute lower body burner

Grab your mini band and small ball and get ready to feel the burn! This class target's your glutes and muscles of the posterior chain. You'll build strength while toning and lifting your backside.

Alex Trickel is a Los Angeles based fitness trainer and founder of Atvolve, office wellness for creatives. She has been teaching in the wellness industry for over 10 years. Alex earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health and is a certified personal trainer, trigger point therapist, nutritionist, and running coach. She focuses on coaching clients towards optimal life/work balance, stress management, healthy cooking, mindfulness, posture awareness, and habit change.

Mackinze Kennedy is a licensed massage therapist located in Eastern Iowa. Mackinze has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork in the states of Iowa and Colorado for the past 10 years. Along with her massage therapy license, she has completed additional education for Medical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki Energy Healing. Mackinze’s mission as a bodyworker is to ensure that her clients receive all of the physical, emotional, and spiritual support and tools needed to help them fully experience the joy that life has to offer.

Cory Suess is a Los Angeles based personal trainer, Crossfit coach, and office bootcamp coach. He has been teaching in the fitness industry for over 10 years and specializes in strength and conditioning and functional fitness exercise programs. Cory played NCCA football for Occidental College and holds multiple certifications in the fitness industry. He focuses his work on mindset training along with fitness; pushing clients past their mental boundaries while creating FUN environments to workout in. Mastering your mindset opens the door to mastering your body!

Jennifarre Davis has been a personal trainer in Los Angeles for over 20 years. After enduring lingering pain from playing years of basketball, volleyball, and track-and-field, Jennifarre discovered the healing powers of pilates. She currently works with a variety of clients, from kids to performers to extreme athletes to elders, using a diverse blend of  methods. She graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Speech and minor in Exercise Science. She holds certifications from Power Pilates and NASM, with specialities in flexibility and corrective postural exercises.

A native of Buffalo, NY and Charlotte, NC, Nick Stevens is a personal trainer and founder of Film Fit in Los Angeles. He has been coaching in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Nick earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He was a Pro lacrosse strength and conditioning coach from 2013-2015 and founded Film Fit in 2016. Film Fit offers physique & health solutions for actors, stunt team and crew nationwide and independent personal training in Hollywood and Dana Point, CA.
