Our 1:1 training is more than workouts -  it’s a real partnership. Your health and fitness program is built by our expert coaching team and shifts with you as your goals, schedule, and energy change. We look at the big picture: your nutrition, habits, stress, and everything else that affects how you feel. You can train with us in person or online through live virtual sessions. When we train together, we can see how you’re moving and help you get the most out of each rep.

We also work with clients who have more complex needs, including hypermobility (this one’s personal!), autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and long-term health challenges. We totally embrace what makes your situation unique so that your plan is thoughtfully designed with personalized ongoing support.

We start by getting the full picture

Your intro call is just a big jam session all about you: we talk about your goals, health history, preferences, lifestyle, and what success actually looks like for you. It’s a simple conversation that helps us understand where you’re coming from.

We create a program built entirely around you

We make a program for you that’s actually realistic for where you are and where you want to be. We’ll design around your body, schedule, energy, and day-to-day realities.

We train together regularly - in person or live online

Sessions can happen in person, virtually through real-time video, or a mix of both. It’s helpful for us to see your space so we can better understand how to factor in your habits and environment into your program.

We track, adjust, and evolve your plan

We’re here to support you each step of the way -  shifting as you hit milestones, build confidence, and discover new goals.

We stay connected throughout the week

We mean it when we say this is a partnership. Expect to hear from us regularly and between sessions for check-ins. We make sure you feel supported, accountable, and clear on what to do next. 

Optional small group training

Many of our clients pair 1:1 coaching with small group sessions to get the best of both worlds: individualized support plus a sense of community.
